UBC Okanagan is hosting a High School Running Camp (Ages 12-17) – August 24-28, mornings only.
This camp will be limited to 18 runners who want to become a better runner – not only will we train hard, but we will have an opportunity for you to learn more about running, strength training, stretching, recovering, sport psychology and nutrition. Best of all, you will meet other great runners who inspire you to be your best. We will make sure to plan time for fun and games too – running isn’t just about running all the time!
